Refunds and Warranty

We offer a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee for any reason. Simply return the undamaged product to us with original packaging within 30 days for a full refund. The customer must pay the return shipping if the reason for return is not quality related. Items must be returned in the original condition that it was received.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-10 business days.

Customers will be responsible for shipping costs to us with purchases made from different vendors. International customer's will be responsible for shipping costs.

Purchases made from, Amazon, eBay or Newegg must contact the retailer directly for warranty and refund inquiries.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
